Breakfast

- 1 serving of Supreme Oatmeal w/evaporated milk (still trying to use the rest of the can up)
- 1 large coffee w/sugar and evaporated milk
Lunch

- 4 pieces of fresh sushi
- 1 serving of miso soup
- 1 large Katsu-donburi (pork cutlet, onion, egg over rice)
- 2 cups of Ocha (green tea)
- 2 glasses of water
Dinner
- 1 t-bone steak
- 1 baked potato w/margarine and lite sourcream
- 1/2 of acorn squash w/margarine
- 2 servings of salad (lettuce, celery, onion, bell pepper, tomato, sunflower seeds, cucumber, carrot) w/blue cheese dressing
- several baby carrots while making dinner
- 10 red flame grapes

Exercise on Tuesday
Walked more than 10,000 steps, which happens a lot it seems. No cardio though, hope to get some in tomorrow since I am doing the gym thing.

Sunday Workout
Went to the gym again...weather is cold and wet so outdoor stuff (soccer) is more than likely cancelled for today anyhow.
20 minutes on the treadmill (walking, 4.0 m/h, Level 8 Hill profile)
20 minutes on the recumbant bike (60+ rpm, Level 3, Manual profile)
Shoulder workout (free weights):
3 sets of 15 shoulder presses (10 lbs)
3 sets of 15 shoulder combo (5 lbs forward arm raises, 5 lbs side arm raises, no weight rotation series, all with no break in between)
3 sets of 15 upright row raises (25 lbs)
3 sets of 12 lateral individual row raises (12.5 lbs)
Abs:
8 sets of 20-30 balancing ab crunches/extentions

Saturday Fitness
I broke down and went to the gym....it was kind of strange how good it felt.
20 minutes on the elliptical (70 RPMs on Hill profile Level 3)
20 minutes on the recumbant bike (60 rpms on Manual profile Level 3)
20 minutes of overall upper body weights...pull ups, benchpress, back press, abs, good morning raises
I probably overdid it a bit on the elliptical (rocking out to C&C on my shuffle), but it felt good to push it a bit.

I walked well over 10,000 steps today...did lots of Tday shopping with my friend and helped her with her son and doctor's appointments...busy, busy.

I did one of my two mile loops with 3 sets of lunges (10 each leg) in about 30 minutes...it was cold and brisk and my teeth and lungs were hurting...

Off Track
This week has gotten away from me....I haven't been eating too horribly even with Halloween candy and fudge in my midst. I have just been busy with school and other things that I haven't been keeping track like I should.
I have walked some since Wednesday and I hit balls with J one day too. Today soccer was cancelled so that nulled one of my guaranteed workout days. Darn it...oh well.
Tomorrow is the start of a new week and even though I have three deadlines by midnight tomorrow, I will get some exercise in because I will need it to clear my fuzzy school brain.
I am still motivated to meet my goals by Christmas and after tomorrow some of the school pressure will be off and I can allocate my time better.

I actually got exercise on 5 days this week and a couple of those days had two different sessions...that is great, I just need to keep it up.

I did okay this week if you don't consider how much candy I have left in this house from Halloween and then the introduction of a cake on Saturday....which we have almost finished...thanks goodness.
We might have visitors again this weekend but I don't think it will be hard to eat well and I know for a fact that I have soccer again on Sunday.

Tuesday Exercise
Played 18 holes of golf in the afternoon...was a great workout. My muscles in my back were a bit sore from hitting balls the day before. Played pretty terrible but not so bad considering it has been a while since I have been on a course...will have to do better next time....
