Chicken's weekend

I ate below my points this weekend. I went to the gym on Saturday and hiked 2 miles Sunday.

So your weigh in should be good this week although don't get discouraged if it is not as high as you would like because building muscle is going to offset loss...

You are doing great...I need some of your motivation.

Yeah I feel thinner so I think the weigh-in is going to go well. I'm hoping that I will hit my 15 pounds loss mark.

Motivation? You are the one that is motivated. Look at that project list you have got going! You play soccer and do all kinds of other stuff.

Yeah, but I haven't seen the inside of my gym in ages...I see the outside, as I drive by, but not the inside.
