Well my weigh in went better than expected. I haven't weighed in intwo weeks but I lost a total of 5.2 pounds in those two weeks bringing the grand total to 32.6 pounds lost!

Hiatus

Will be off the grid for logging my food and exercise until we return from our trip. I will try to be careful not to eat crazy and to exercise as much as possible.

I am looking forward to getting back to my program strictly when we return...my drive for the gym has finally returned and I am hoping to keep it.

Bill spent the night at our friend Steve's house so I had the place to myself. I haven't done this since I started WW. I totally pigged out. I was watching movies and even though I wasn't hungry I ate way too much food. Luckily I have pretty good snacks at the house so it wasn't a totally frenzy. I swear I gained several pounds from the whole thing but I'm not going to check the scale on this one. If we don't end up doing laundry tonight I'm hitting the gym big time.
