Ham and cheddar sandwich on multigrain bread w/ lettuce tomato and onion

Snack

Banana

Exercise

15 minutes jogging/walking interval hill training
20 minutes on elliptical hill profile, level 4
25 minutes weight lifting shoulders and abs

Dinner

Steamed jasmine rice
Leftover stirfried veggies
Thai scrambled egg (2 eggs)
Water

Snack

Small handful of mixed nuts from H and D
