Mishka's Tuesday

Breakfast

Cereal w/milk
Water
Coffee w/sugar and milk

Lunch

Salad w/balsamic vingerette dressing
Leftover yams (about 1/2 cup)
Leftover rice with curry (about 1/2 cup)
Diet Coke

Snack (before gym)

Powerbar, fruit and nut

Exercise

20 minutes on elliptical, hill profile, level 4 (263 calories burned)
10 minutes of jogging to and from gym
30 minutes of weightlifting, heavy, on chests

Dinner

3 oz of venisen steak
1 serving of red potatoes w/margarine, chives and garlic
1 serving of stirfried snow peas
Water

Dessert

Small piece of peanut butter pie
