Forgot all about it...will have to eat a snack before the gym

Pear from H and D (and darn if they aren't awesome)
2 small handfuls of mixed nuts from H and D
1 serving of cheddar cheese

The Firm Cardio Express DVD
Dinner
Stirfried veggies w/shrimp
Steamed jasmine rice (1 serving)
Dessert
Small piece of peanut butter pie (I'll be glad when the holidays are over so I can get rid of all this food)
