Coffee w/sugar and milk

Lunch

PB and J sandwich on multigrain bread
5 tortilla chips on the sandwich
Water

Snack

Pear from H and D
Baby carrots

Exercise

10 minutes of jogging to and from the gym
20 minutes on elliptical, hill profile, level 4
10 minutes of recumbant bike, flat, level 5

Dinner

Salad bar at Ruby Tuesday
Chili soup w/1/2 slice of bread
Water

Dessert

2 small Christmas cookies at JC's recital
