Tuesday's Exercise
Walked my butt off most of the day...none of it was fast but at least I was moving. Plan to do a bike ride today...want to check out this other neighborhood near by.

Monday's Exercise
Walked for over 2 hours in the woods looking for geocaches....didn't have my pedometer on but from the ache in my feet I would say it was over 5 miles...lots of fun and a good workout too.
Mishka Update
I haven't been logging my food here for a while. J is home and the meal thing throws things off a bit but I am keeping an eye on things, and when stuff slows down around here a bit, I will continue to log.
I have been a bit lax in the exercise department (so I guess it is good that I am watching my food, huh?), but did get some workouts in during the weekend.
Saturday
Dug and planted over 20 plants in my back yard. 3 of them weighed more than 250 pounds so it required quite a bit of manuevering.
Sunday
Hit golf balls at the range for about 45 minutes
Played a full round of golf with J for 4 hours
Not great, but better than nothing. My sister is doing much better with her program....I just need to get motivated. Weather is improving and that makes walking daily much easier, along with more desirable. Plan to get out and find 8 geocaches today so I am sure I will be getting some serious walking in this afternoon.

Exercise on Monday
I was lazy on Sunday and most of Monday (doing schoolwork) so I only got abs in on both days...did 80 sit ups on each day....at least my tummy is tight even if everything else is flab...haha.

Food for Thursday
I had 4 sugar slashes, 1 fruit and 3 oil slashes left over at the end of the day.
We did a deli meats dinner so I got plenty of dairy and protein in...I just need to get to the fruit more during the day.

4 grains
4 proteins

Exercise on Thursday
I did one of my two mile loops walking, three sets of lunges (10 per leg), and then hit a bucket of golf balls at the range....tomorrow will entail more.

The idiots across the street blew out our power for a couple of hours so my day got thrown off but I did manage to get out and get a walk in and find a local cache...better than nothing I suppose.

Food for Tuesday
I had 2 fruit slashes and 2 oil slashes left at the end of the day. I actually ate one more grain than I should have but that is okay...I think generally I underestimate anyhow.
So I ate:

Didn't get much activity in...it was a catch up day (and I didn't even get much of that in either).

Chicken Update
I made an appointment with Bally fitness for tomorrow. I go in for my fitness assessment at 5:30 after work. I'm going to try the gym out for the free week and see if I like it. My coworker and his wife go to the same one and they seem happy with the place.
I think I'm going to start back on my diet on Monday. I really need to make a change. I'm feeling really bad about my body and my back isn't feeling well so I know I need to do something. I am gaining weight not loosing it so it is time to turn it around.
I have been avoiding the blog because I haven't been taking care of myself and I don't want to admit it. Once I get this going I will try my best to post my food and exercise.

Not Counting
Haven't been counting food or exercise the last few days...too much work and not enough food so I am not worried. Today is my first normal day, and I need to get out and get at least some walking in.
We have been doing full days in the yard shoveling, moving rocks and other such laborous stuff so I am hurting but feeling good with my body progress and my yard progress.

Wednesday Exercise
No cardio but we spent the majority of the day (from 10am -6pm) working on the main water line to our house. This entailed ditch digging, burrowing under a large tree, plumbing manuevering, plumbing store runs in the car, and ditch filling in, and pine straw applications. We both got pretty good workouts....didn't have to do backs or shoulders at the gym this week after that experience.
Wednesday's Food
Did pretty good, didn't stick to slashes as we ended up eating part of the day out, but I can recount what I did eat.
Breakfast was a bowl of cereal, a banana and a large cup of coffee
Lunch was Taco Bell with iced tea
Dinner was a grilled chicken breast with steamed corn, and other raw veggies.
Not too bad, I don't think, even with Taco Bell in there...

Tuesday's Food
Was doing great, had 1 fruit, 3 oils, and 2 sugar slashes left and then J, who was not supposed to be home for dinner, decided to come home. I had to make something, and so I ate and knocked everything completely off....oh well. Starting fresh today.
