Mishka's Wednesday
Practiced soccer for over two hours today....lots of running. Did some geocaching in the morning but it didn't really require much from me.

Went out of town for the weekend but spent much of it swimming in the ocean and walking around...hopefully got some calories burned from that. Also ate mostly seafood so that can't be too bad, right?

Mishka's Monday
Played 18 holes of golf with J today, and as soon as he gets back from a run, I am heading out for a quick walk to get some cardio in. Plan to do some abs tonight while watching our recorded copy of the finale of Amazing Race. Should be fun and good exercise too....still can't think of what to make for dinner tonight....got lots of veggies to use up though.

Mishka's Sunday
Went on a bike ride with J for about 30 minutes in the morning and then played the entire second half of my soccer game in the afternoon. Probably got plenty of cardio in today...need to get some gym time in as well.

Mishka's Saturday
Walked a couple of miles in 30 minutes in the hot sun, while listening to some Green Day. Didn't get a lot else done but at least it was something. Oh, and we have been doing some yard work (does it ever end?) so I guess that counts as something as well.

Home Again
I am back from my trip to the west coast, and starting back to the program. I walked a few times while I was gone just for exercise and then there were a few times that we went geocaching as well so I didn't totally fall off the wagon while I was traveling but I definitely didn't do as much as I planned....
Anyhow, I am back and the exercise logging will begin again...perhaps I'll even get some food logging in as well.

Mishka's Update
I have been walking a lot and then playing soccer on Wednesdays and Sundays. I have been better about portions and doing lots of yard work. I have just been swamped with school so I haven't been logging it much.
I am leaving for a trip for about 2 weeks tomorrow and I plan to at least walk and do push ups, lunges and situps everyday...I don't know if I will be good about the eating or not....
