Toasted english muffin w/fat free peanut butter
Coffee w/milk and sugar
Water

Lunch

Organic tortilla chips w/skim mozzarella cheese and salsa
Diet Coke
Fuji apple

Exercise

40 minutes of cardio (elliptical and recumbant)
10 minutes of stretching
10 minutes of jogging to and from the gym

Dinner

Pinto beans w/ham
Fried potatoes
Cornbread
Ketchup
Water
