Exercise
30 minutes on treadmill, incline of 6% at 3.6 mph.
10 minutes of jogging to and from gym
35 minutes of weight lifting shoulders and abs
Dinner
2 soft tacos (venison, beans, onion, cheese, and salsa)
Drink (cranberry juice and vodka)
Snack
1 serving of fantasy fudge
