10 minutes walking to and from gym
30 minutes on recumbant bike, level 7
20 minutes lifting weights, triceps
Dinner (at Shuckers)
All you can eat shrimp
Steamed veggies
5 hushpuppies
1 glass of white zin
Water
Coleslaw
