Monday for Mishka

Breakfast (218 calories)

1 packet of oatmeal w/1 tbs of evaporated milk (140 + 20)
1 large cup of coffee w/1 tsp of sugar and 1 tbs of evaporated milk (38 + 20)

Lunch (400 calories)

1 cup of leftover Yum Woon Sen Nu (400 calories, estimated on the high side)
Water

Snack (239 calories)

1 oz of unsalted roasted peanuts (170 calories)
Handful of seedless grapes (69 calories)

Dinner (665 calories)

1 1/2 cups Pho with standard garnishes (450 calories)
Bacardi drink (225 calories) (left over from Superbowl and trying to use up)

Total calories = 1522 - BMR (1450) = 72 calories

Not great but for having Pho in the house, I guess it is not too bad....I'll have to get some serious exercising in tomorrow to make up for it...
