Cereal w/banana and 1% milk
Coffee w/milk and sugar
Exercise
45 min walking (some at the gym, some on the way and from the gym)
10 minutes stability ball abs
Superbowl Sunday
The rest of the day is going to be shot as far as food goes but I do plan to try to keep portions under control....I will also get a gym trip in this morning so I don't feel too guilty.
Starting on Monday...strict eating will prevail...I have some changes I want to make before it gets warm and I really just need to buckle down and get it done.
