Coffee w/sugar and milk
Banana

Lunch

Totato soup
Toasted ham and cheddar sandwich on multigrain bread
Diet Coke
Banana

Exercise

30 minutes of cardio on the arc/cross trainer
30 minutes of weightlifting backs and abs

Dinner

Stirfried veggies w/shrimp
Steamed jasmine rice
Pork dumpling
Water
Juice and vodka drink

Snack

1 serving of brownie
1/2 serving of milk
