1 cup fat free milk 2 points

Brunch
1/2 mushroom and cheese omelette 4.5
1/2 hashbrowns (not greasy) 2 points
2/3 slice wheat bread w/butter 2.5 points

Snack
1 slice Jarslberg cheese 1 point
1 slice cheedar 2 points
8 tortilla chips 2 points

Dinner
1 piece of toast 2 points
1/2 marinara 1 points

I ate too much food and too many points.
