I'm not going to even log the rest of my food. I had this wicked craving for bad food all day. Lets just say that Bill and I went to Burgerville and I piged out. I'm totally fine with it and I'm back on track today.

Sometimes you just have to splurge...I bought some of those skinny cow ice cream sandwiches you recommended because I was craving ice cream for a few days and needed to do something about it before I went crazy and went to DQ and got something terrible to eat.
