Saturday for Mishka (St Patty's Day)

Breakfast

Bagel w/lite cream cheese, tomato, onion
Coffee w/milk and sugar
Water

Exericse

20 minutes on elliptical level 3 hill profile
20 minutes on recumbant bike, level 5
30 minutes weightlifting backs/abs
10 minutes running to and from gym

Lunch

Awesome avocado, camelized pecan, mandrin orange, chicken on spring greens salad (awesome do at home thing)
Diet Coke

Dinner (at O'Donnells)

Bratwurst sandwich w/mustard and saurkraut (sp?)
Potato salad
2 1/4 pints of beer

Snack

1/2 glass of milk
Water
