A bit of left over fried rice

Mozzarella cheese
Diet Coke

Exercise

50 minutes of jogging/walking
30 minutes of weight lifting shoulders/abs

Dinner

Salad
Hot wings
Small baked potato w/lite sour cream

Snack

Lite yogurt w/unsalted peanuts
