English muffin w/lite laughing cow
Coffee w/milk and sugar

Lunch

2 soft tacos w/venison and lots of veggies
Slightly sweet tea

Exercise

10 minutes running to gym
20 minutes on elliptical hill profile level 3
20 minutes on recumbant bike, level 5
35 minutes weight lifting chests and abs

Dinner

Pinto beans w/potatoes
Corn bread
Water

Snack

Skinnycow lowfat ice cream sandwich
