Exercise Your Mind

"A daily 30-minute walk or a one-mile run may be enough to keep your mind strong for years to come. According to a new study at the University of Florida, regular light activity may decrease cellular aging in the brain. Experts believe this type of oxidative damage plays a role in the loss of brain cells that contributes to Alzheimer's and Parkinson's diseases."
