Mishka's Tuesday

Breakfast

Bagel w/lite cream cheese tomato and onion
Coffee w/sugar and milk
Water

Lunch

Refried beans and veggie nachos
Diet Coke
2 small cookies (trying to get rid of junk food that worked its way in this weekend)

Exercise

10 minutes running to gym
15 minutes on elliptical, level 3, hill profile
15 minutes on recumbant bike, level 5

Dinner

Chicken cashew w/ green peppers
Sliced tomato and cucumber
Water

Snack

Skinnycow sandwich
