Mishka's Wednesday

Breakfast

2 scrambled eggs
2 slices of multigrain toast
2 cups of coffee w/tsp sugar and evaporated milk each
Water

Lunch

1 chicken thigh boiled w/ garlic, ginger, and onion
Steamed jasmine rice
Green beans
Cashews
Iced tea

Exercise

2 hours of cleaning/organizing around the house

Dinner

Can't remember for some reason....

Snack

Applesauce
