4 miles of walking (1 hour)

Lunch

Tortilla chips w/venison and veggies
Iced Tea

Exercise

10 minutes running to gym
1 hour lifting weights chests, triceps and abs.

Dinner

Stirfried veggies w/chicken
Steamed jasmine rice
Handful of cashews
OJ w/spiced rum
