Blew It

Well, I was just not able to get on the computer enough while traveling to make a good effort at logging my food and exercise (although I did log my walking with the Women's Health Challenge).

I am starting fresh today since I got in very late last night. I am getting on track and doubly so in order to make some headway because I have not been able to get the routine into full gear but the traveling should be stopping at least until we move and that means I have no excuse for not getting into a routine.

2 soft tacos w/venison, chorizo, lettuce, and mozzarella cheese
1 cup of lite cottage cheese w/pineapple and strawberries
1 juice w/rum and fruit

Out of the Loop

Hey there...I have not been logging for the last week plus weekends because my mom was here visiting and we were so busy running around and doing fun stuff that I just didn't get on the computer much.

I signed up with Chatty to do the Women's Health Challenge so I will be logging my walking on that site and here and we'll see if I can get up my virtual routes in the 8 weeks we have to do it in.

Her team is called Hot Mama Marchers if you want to join a team. I have both my own individual route (Pacific Coast) and then the route the team has on the NE.

I will start logging my food again this Monday, and will try to be good about it while I am traveling this coming weekend to AZ.
