Well, I was just not able to get on the computer enough while traveling to make a good effort at logging my food and exercise (although I did log my walking with the Women's Health Challenge).
I am starting fresh today since I got in very late last night. I am getting on track and doubly so in order to make some headway because I have not been able to get the routine into full gear but the traveling should be stopping at least until we move and that means I have no excuse for not getting into a routine.

It is hard for me to keep on track when I travel much less track everything.
