Chicken's Wednesday

I joined a circuit weight training class. Today will be day two of orientation. I want to go 4 days a week for 40 minutes a day. Hopefully I will see a difference for the wedding I'm going to in August.

Back on the Bandwagon

Well, I am going to try to log my food and exercise while I can because in a few weeks, I will be traveling for about 5 weeks and my connection to the Internet will be questionable. Also it will be a while before we get settled and have Internet set back up but I will try to get on the library computers when I can. I will not be able to diligently log during that time but hope to be back up and running not long after that.
