I joined a circuit weight training class. Today will be day two of orientation. I want to go 4 days a week for 40 minutes a day. Hopefully I will see a difference for the wedding I'm going to in August.

Congrats to you....better than me these days, although now that we are almost done with the house, I will try to get to the gym these next five days and then also concentrate on working out while we are on the road.
