I have said that I was going back on WW but never did. Today I have decided to do it.

1 cup fat free milk 2 points
1 propel 1 point


Snack
1 kashi bar 2 points

Lunch
Vegetarian sandwich 10 points

Exercise
45 minutes circuit weight training
