Mishka's Friday

Breakfast

2 eggs over easy
2 slices of cheddar
2 slices of toasted multigrain bread
1 small glass of V8

Lunch (forgot about it)

1 small bag of peanuts
1 can of iced tea

Exercise

40 minutes of cardio

Dinner

6 inch turkey and ham sub w/o mayo
1 serving of tortilla chips
Salsa
Iced tea
2 Miller lite cans of beer at beach party
