Mishka's Sunday

Breakfast

2 eggs w/potatoes, cheddar, and veggies
1/2 cup of milk

Lunch

Turkey sandwich on multigrain bread w/cheddar and veggies
Salsa
Chips
Tea

Snack (at movies)

1/2 order of chips w/nacho cheese and jalepenos
1/2 order of Coke

Dinner

1 cup of steamed rice
1 rotisserie chicken leg
1 Pokari Sweat

Exercise

30 minutes of cardio
10 minutes of stretching and abs
