Mishka's Sunday

Breakfast

2 scrambled eggs w/potatoes, onion, garlic, tomato, and green pepper
1 serving of skim mozzarella cheese
1 onion bagel
2 Georgia coffees

Exercise

30 minutes of cardio (elliptical and treadmill)
4 sets of benchpress (45 lbs and 55 reps total)
3 sets of incline chest flies (12.5 lb dumbells and 45 reps total)
3 sets of chest flies (cable machine was broken, 40 lbs and 45 reps total)
3 sets of abs on bench (75 reps total)
3 sets of abs on stability ball (50 reps total)

Lunch

Turkey and cheddar sandwich on multigrain bread

45 minutes of snorkeling at Meada Point

1 lean tenderloin chop

Mindsprite's Friday

I had to drive 3 hours to a meeting in So. Oregon. Lunch was provided (no choices) and nothing else to eat for 5 hours. I drove for almost 2 hours looking for a Subway, but gave up because I was starving. Then I went to a party and it all went to hell.

Walked with J at Zanpa to find a geocache and to look around

Mishka's Goals

Okay, I am sick of this shit....not liking the way I look and not feeling like I am making any kind of progress so here goes nothing.

I am going to start:

Drinking more water (I can tell from the way my skin feels that I am not drinking enough)
Limit my coffees to one in the morning
Limit my alcohol consumption (just empty calories)
Reduce my serving sizes (I don't want to drastically change my menu since we eat pretty healthy anyhow)
Reduce the amount of Japanese fast food I am eating
Exercise more frequently...at least once a day if not more
Stretch more (increase my flexibility)
Enjoy the simple things that are available to me (the beach, water, sunsets...etc)

I am thinking I might get my act together here in a little bit and go to Zanpa and walk and find a geocache while I am there. Now that I adopted mine all out from NC, I want to find some places to put in some new ones...will have to look hard because we have quite a saturation of them here.

Mishka Update

I have been pretty good about working out everyday and eating smaller portions. I have lost a few pounds (could just be water weight with all the sweating we do here) but I am not too excited yet. I feel better and will get back to posting my activities as soon as we have Internet at home....thanks for hanging in there.
