Mishka's Sunday

Breakfast

2 scrambled eggs w/potatoes, onion, garlic, tomato, and green pepper
1 serving of skim mozzarella cheese
1 onion bagel
2 Georgia coffees
Water

Exercise

30 minutes of cardio (elliptical and treadmill)
4 sets of benchpress (45 lbs and 55 reps total)
3 sets of incline chest flies (12.5 lb dumbells and 45 reps total)
3 sets of chest flies (cable machine was broken, 40 lbs and 45 reps total)
3 sets of abs on bench (75 reps total)
3 sets of abs on stability ball (50 reps total)

Lunch

Turkey and cheddar sandwich on multigrain bread
Water
1 serving of baby carrots

Dinner

8 hotwings
2 servings of corn
Water

Snack

Lite Yoplait yogurt w/unsalted roasted peanuts
