Mishka's Wednesday

Breakfast

1 toasted english muffin
1 wedge of lite laughing cow
2 slices of roasted turkey
2 Georgia coffees in the can (about 70 calories)

Lunch

8 pieces of sushi
4 small cups of green tea
Water

Dinner

2 small burritos (home made ones)
1 serving of tortilla chips
Water

Exercise

30 minutes of circuit training mixed with cardio to keep the heart rate up
