Mishka's Wednesday

Breakfast

1 onion bagel
1 tbs of cream cheese
2 slices of turkey
1 Georgia coffee
Water

Exercise

1 1/2 hours walking in sun and heat geocaching along the seawall

Lunch

Curry buffet at the FAB (I was good and kept my portions low)
Salad w/ginger and sesame dressing
Iced tea
1/2 tiny orange smoothie

Dinner

1 small bbq pork loin
Big salad (w gingerand sesame dressing)
1 Yoplait lite yogurt
Water
