Friday for Mishka

Breakfast

English muffin (plain)
2 eggs scrambled w/onion and garlic
1 serving of mozzarella cheese
1 Georgia coffee
Water

Lunch

1 serving of cheddar cheese
1 serving of crunchy peanut butter
Iced tea

Exercise

9 holes of golf (carrying my bags)
15 minutes of hitting balls at the range

Dinner

Thai green curry w/chicken and eggplant
Steamed jasmine rice
Water
