Mindsprite's Monday (with weekend recap)

I didn't write the weekend food down, but I kept to 22 points each day to make up for the pig out on Friday. I made a big pot of sausage & veggie soup Saturday night that is very low in points and makes great leftovers (I think I put the recipe on here before).

So, for Monday..........
breakfast
health nut english muffin & peanut butter - 4 points

lunch
Subway 6" turkey & ham sandwich - 7 points
1/2 bag Baked Lays - 1 point

snacks
apple - 1 point
popcorn - 1 point
WW chocolate cake - 1 point

dinner
1/5 cups homemade sausage/veggie soup - 2 points
FF milk - 2 points
skinny cow - 2 points

TOTAL: 21 (35 bonus remaining)
