We have been attending a lot of different functions this last week so my food has been kind of hit and miss. I'll try to be better.

3 sets of lateral shoulder raises (10 lbs with 45 total reps)
3 sets of forward shoulder raises (10 lbs with 45 total reps)
3 sets of shoulder rolls (10 lbs with 60 total reps)
3 sets of kneeling shoulder rows (12.5 lbs with 62 total reps)
100 situps
3 sets of goodmorning raises (25 lbs with 30 total reps)
Lunch
Ham and cheese wrap
Tortilla chips
Salsa
Iced tea
Snack
Small amount of fried rice (we are going to a get together and there is food there later)
