1 hour of martial arts room (grappeling, and circuit training)

Tuna fish salad sandwich
Iced tea
Tortillla chips w/salsa
Dinner
1/2 order of boneless buffalo wings
1/2 order of spinach artichoke dip
Water
1 house salad with ranch dressing on the side
