Mishka's Sunday

Breakfast

1 1/2 scrambled eggs with veggies and 1/2 potato and 1 serving of mozzarella cheese
2 burrito sized tortillas
1 Georgia coffee

Exercise

1 hour of martial arts room (grappeling, and circuit training)

Lunch

Tuna fish salad sandwich
Iced tea
Tortillla chips w/salsa

Dinner

1/2 order of boneless buffalo wings
1/2 order of spinach artichoke dip
Water
1 house salad with ranch dressing on the side
