Kashi Go Lean Bar

Spagetti w/meat sauce
Salad
Water
Coffee

Snack (at bunko)

Candy that I wish wasn't on the table....

Seems like every week I am starting over on my plan to get fit....oh well, at least I am not giving up (yet).
