Saturday for Mishka

Breakfast

English muffin w/lite laughing cow and turkey slice
1 Georgia coffee

Exercise

37 minutes of walking (about 2 miles)
100 sit ups
100 abdominal machines reps (85 lbs)
34 good morning raises (25 lbs)
30 walking lunges each leg
20 lowback extensions (85 lbs)

Lunch

Turkey and cheese sandwich on mulitgrain bread
1 serving of tortilla chips w/salsa
Iced tea

Dinner (at function)

Going to a Breast Cancer Awareness Beer Tasting and Live Music function. Don't know what I will be eating or drinking but we are walking to and from so that will help some....
