Breakfast

1 small onion bagel w/lite cc, and sliced turkey
1 1/2 Georgia coffees (J drank 1/2 of my first one)

Lunch

Tuna fish salad
1 serving of triscuits
Iced tea

Exercise

Walking for 45 minutes while geocaching

Dinner

Massuman curry w/chicken
Steamed jasmine rice
Water

Snack

1/2 Fuji apple
