Chicken's Wednesday

Breakfast
Onion Bagel 4 points
Lite Cream Cheese 1 point

Lunch
WW Chicken Rigatoni 6 points

Exercise
1st week workout Couch to 5K 25 minutes walk/run

Dinner
Turkey and reduced fat cheese sandwich
Chips, cream cheese and salsa 18 points (too many)

I came home starving and ate too much food. If I'm hungry again I'm going to eat a yogurt for an afternoon snack to prevent this.
