Okay, today is the day of my start....I can't say that I will be perfect on everyday (in fact I am already off target for today) but I am saying that I am going to do my best, be determined to stick with it, and not kill myself if I mess up...I will just get back at it as best I can.

7 Triscuits (one serving)
1 left over biscuit from the other morning
1 serving of cheddar cheese
1 glass of iced tea (semi sweet)
Dinner (at Kim's)
Alfreado pasta
a few pieces of Halloween candy
Diet Pepsi
