Mishka's Wednesday

Well I finally got off my ass and started to do something (other than yardwork).

Breakfast

Rice w/milk and a bit of sugar and cinnamon
2 large cups of coffee w/sugar and milk
Water

Dinner

Leftover turkey on multigrain bread w/cheddar and condiments
Water

Exercise

40 minutes walking while geocaching (about 2.5 miles)
30 lunges on each leg

Snack

1/2 can of lite peaches
1 Go Lean bar (about 180 calories)
Water
