Breakfast

Small onion bagel w/lite cc and 2 ham slices
1 Georgia coffee
Water
Multivitamins, calcium and glucosamine.

Lunch

1 10 inch tortilla
1 serving of part skim mozzarella
Onion
Salsa
Water
Salad w/low fat feta, ginger dressing, baby carrots

Snack

Grande chai tea latte (at Starbucks)

Dinner

4 gyozas
1 serving of steamed jasmine rice
1 serving of cashews
Water
