Back With The Plan

Today is my day to get back on the strict plan...I have been eating too large of portions and too much of what I shouldn't be. I am going to try to reduce portion size, fat, and sugar as much as I can and see if I can pump up the workouts as well.

I don't feel like I am making any headway with what I have been doing and I really want to lose some weight before the weather gets nice and I have to put shorts on again....

Chicken- Bad about logging but good weigh in

I've been horrible about logging my food lately. Work has been hectic and when I get home the last thing I want to look at is a computer. Good news though.....I haven't weighed in for a couple of weeks but I've lost 4.2 pounds since the last time I posted. Actually 2 pounds this last week. So my grand total is 39.7 pounds.

Starting on Monday...strict eating will prevail...I have some changes I want to make before it gets warm and I really just need to buckle down and get it done.

BINGO!!!!!

I finished my 3 lines today....I have lots of extra squares already marked off since I started out not doing the Bingo but today I finished up three lines so I could turn in my card and hopefully I am one of the 1st 100 members to do so and will get a gym bag.

I hope I will be able to finish up the card by Feb 16th...since I have a way to go and not too many days left even if I check off two a day...we'll see.
