Chicken's Monday

Completed week 6 of c25k yesterday. Off to week 7. Today is a rest day for running and the first day of circuit weight.

40 minutes circuit weight training

You are doing so awesome. I started eating plan on Monday but can't do much on the workout plan until my back is better....
