Chicken's Monday

Well I weighed myself this morning and I gained 3 pounds. I know that I didn't eat very well on Friday night (Tempura and rice at Sushi Mania and some yogurt pretzels and almonds on Saturday) but I have been exercising almost every single day. We went Cross Country skiing again for 2 hours on Saturday and I finished week 7 of C25K on Sunday. I was on track yesterday - Kashi bar, Subway sandwich, baked lays, vegi lasagna (5 points) and some bread. I don't know what is going on. I do feel my body changing and my tummy looks smaller but it is still frustrating. So I'm going to try to get even more hardcore ( no more tempura).

By the way, I still haven't smoked since November 9th.

Breakfast

1 cup skim milk 2 points

Exercise
Well I decided to take the day off for a rest day. My heart just isn't in it and I want to be able to start D1Wk8 having a bit of rest.

Small banana 1 point

Lunch
LC Fettuccine Alfredo 6 points

Dinner
Lowfat chicken garlic Pizza 8 points

That is so awesome Chicken....you are doing great. I need to get with the workout now. I know that the back still hurts but I think I need to get exercise to get it back to normal. I am past the point of laying around to help it out...

Oh, and the weight gain is probably muscle....which is good because it speeds up your metabolism and helps you burn even more calories. Make sure you are eating enough for the amount of activity you are doing...don't want to burn up that muscle now.

Good job on the no smoking....I know how hard that is.

You know that happened to me a couple times when I was on WW before. I think Mishka is right about the muscle, which is a very good thing. Weight is just a number, but if you're feeling good and your clothes are fitting better, that's the important part.

Yeah I have noticed that my legs are a lot more muscular. I'm hoping that it what it is. I do feel like my clothes are fitting better. Thanks for the words of encouragement.
