Chicken's Thursday

I haven't been feeling well lately so I haven't posted. I have lost it food wise AGAIN. So I have to get back on again. I finished wk8 of c25K. I should have started week 9 but I was sick. So I'm going to start week 9 tomorrow or the next day.

Lunch
LC Chicken and Broc 6 points

Dinner
1/2 veggie chicken sandwich 9 points
garden salad w/lowfat garlic asiago dressing 2 points

Snack
1 cup sugar free cocoa 2 points
lowfat chips and salsa 3
